Its receiving system mainly includes conveyors (including elevators); the storage system includes racks, shuttles, elevators, etc., and some also use stackers (AS/RS) Complete the layer change of the shuttle; the delivery system includes conveyors and picking systems. Some systems are relatively simple, such as the shuttle board can form a system by itself, and some systems are more complicated, such as the use of robots to complete the palletizing and unpalletizing of the warehouse.

The application of    tray shuttle has completely changed the concept of dense storage system, and it can even be said to be a kind of subversion. From the simple shuttle board application, to the mother-and-child car, and then to the four-way car system, its development trajectory has been around intensive storage. Compared with the traditional AS/RS system, its storage density will increase by 30% to 50% depending on the scheme, and the biggest advantage is that the four-way shuttle is not limited by the space shape, and can be used in almost any space. This is an advantage that AS/RS cannot match. Although the AS/RS system also has dual-depth storage technology to increase storage density, both storage density and space requirements are far from the advantages of the shuttle.

   There are many application scenarios for dense storage systems, such as tobacco raw materials and finished products, food and beverage, industrial manufacturing and other industries, especially in the field of cold chain logistics. The traditional cold storage not only has low space utilization, but also has a very harsh operating environment. The invention of the tray shuttle has greatly increased the storage density and improved the operating environment. It can be said that it serves multiple purposes and the market prospect is very broad.
