Detailed introduction
The carton flow racks are designed for stocking and picking a wide range of goods, organize fast and slow movers for maximum efficiency, and saves space. It will easily realize information management when incorporated with electronic tags. Carton flow rack is made up of slightly inclined trays and frames, the roller strips fixed on beams to be inclined tray directly hung/bolted on frames, inclination angle of the tray is normally 5-9 degree, depends on the dimension, weight of cargo containers and depth of racks. The bearing capacity of each wheel on roller strips is normally 6kg, so 3 to 4 or more roller strips will be fixed on an inclined tray when required to load heavy items. Usually, a support beam is fixed every 0.6m at depth of racks to increase the rigidity of the roller strip. A partition strip needed when the roller strips is longer, fix a braker at pick face to slow down containers and reduce impact.
