★ Gravity rack consists of frames, beams, rollers, damping rollers, and buffer separators. The inclination angle depends on friction coefficient of pallet and flexibility of roller. It has advantages of ‘FIFO (first in, first out), high space utilization, storage and delivery combination, safe and efficient.
★ These racks incorporate roller track sections placed on a sloped lane to allow the pallets to slide over them by the force of gravity at a controlled speed. Which realizes First-in/first-out (FIFO) movement provides optimal product turnover of pallets at a high dense storage. As a dense storage system, it almost makes full use of the storage space, the space utilization rate increased by about 30% compare with a static solution.
★ These gravity racks are highly suited to storage goods with fast turnover in FIFO way, such as applications in breweries, food factories and other various production lines.
