Introduction
This system is another major form in the field of intelligent dense storage. The system consists of four-way shuttle,fast vertical hoist, horizontal conveying system, racking system, and WMS/WCS management and control system. It has the characteristics of high storage density, stable system operation, high safety redundancy, and strong expansibility.
The four-way shuttle can automatically switch in the direction of 90 degrees in the longitudinal storage aisle and the horizontal transfer channel, so it is more suitable for warehouse storage mode in complex environment in addition to general shuttle. Each single shuttle and equipment are connected with each other under the support of wireless network, and under the scheduling of the WMS & WCS upper management, they respond to each other to complete goods entry and exit in the first-in-first-out or first-in-last-out mode.
It is widely used in food, beverage, dairy, medicine, tobacco, chemicals and other products, and is suitable for low-temperature cold chain logistics.
