Introduction
This system is the main application form in the field of non-intensive automated storage. The system consists of automatic stacker crane, horizontal conveying and connecting system, racking system and WMS/WCS management and control system.
Compared with the intensive storage system, this system can realize the management of any pallet position, and is suitable for storage modes with a large number of SKUs and requirements for retrieval and sorting.
According to the project requirements, either single-depth design or double-depth design can be used to make up for the lack of storage density. The circular track can be designed according to the efficiency of the warehouse to reduce the number of crane stackers and reduce the cost.
The stacker crane is the core equipment of the system. The equipment consists of a horizontal driving device, a vertical lifting device, and telescopic fork. The main body of the stacker is double-column with stable and strengthened structure, the horizontal drive is the German Demag walking device, the lifting device is the hoisting , and the forks are imported from Europe. The overall design is compact. Driven by SEW motor and controlled with Siemens. QR code precision positioning control is used in the horizontal and vertical directions. The whole machine has novel design, stable structure, fast driving speed, high acceleration, high positioning accuracy and low driving noise. The specially treated low-temperature-proof design makes this system also suitable for cold storage projects.
