This project adopts four-way shuttle equipment and WMS (Warehouse Management System) software. The warehouse covers an area of 1600 square meters and has built 3 layers of three-dimensional warehouse shelves with a total of 1155 storage spaces. It is equipped with 2 four-way shuttle cars, 2 elevators, etc. Through multi-path planning, the optimal path is intelligently selected to achieve automated material storage and retrieval, effectively improving storage capacity, operational efficiency, and precision.
Characteristics of four-way shuttle:
Four way travel: can travel horizontally and vertically on intersecting tracks, improving the flexibility of cargo storage and retrieval;
Elevating and changing floors: using elevators to achieve floor changing operations, improving warehouse space utilization, and optimizing warehouse layout;
Real time monitoring: in conjunction with WMS software, monitor the coordinate position, speed, status, etc. of the four-way shuttle in real time;
