试验方法：以含1g/L的Na2SO4水溶液作为试验基本溶液，耐酸性试验时加入H2SO4，耐碱性试验时加入NaOH，使PH值控制在所要求
的数值，在30℃各, relative humidity值的溶液中放入试样（n=3）浸渍24h后， 求出腐蚀减量。试验中试样端面封闭保护。

防腐蚀原材料的使用为货架的耐腐蚀性打下了坚实的基础，但是对于防腐蚀货架的成型只完成了第一步，产品机加工过程中的防腐措施同样非常重要，我公司防腐产品严格控制加工过程中对基材的保护，使基材保持一个与外界物质隔绝的状态。 机加工完成后产品的前处理工艺既保证基材表面的洁净又可以在基材表面形成一层致密的保护膜，这层保护膜在涂装前起到隔绝外界的污染物质同时起到帮助涂层吸附的作用。针对涂层密封的问题，我公司产品采用高耐腐蚀性涂料二次涂装的工艺，大大提高了涂层的密封性。 安装过程中使用的防腐配套附件以及使用后日常的运维保证了产品的耐腐蚀能力。
针对客户设立专门的客户经理团队，成立包括销售、研发、安装调试和运维服务团队。针对质量管控、生产排产以及产品发运安排专人负责跟进。 客户服务团队每年至少走访一次客户，及时了解产品使用情况及用户在交付、质量、运维等方面的诉求。 用户在产品使用过程中发现问题或者提出异议，承诺24小时内到达客户现场，48小时内形成处理方案。
