The shelf-type rack can be divided into light-duty shelf-type racks and medium-duty shelf-type racks, mainly composed of upright pieces, beams, and shelves. Generally, the load capacity of light-duty racks is 100-150kg per layer, while medium-duty racks usually carry 150-300kg per layer. The surface is treated with electrostatic spraying, which is anti-corrosive, rust-proof, sturdy, and durable.
Assembled by connection and plug-in methods, installation and disassembly are extremely simple and convenient; using the form of beams allows the shelves to be adjustable by 50mm, better increasing storage flexibility to meet various customer usage requirements.
The overall sturdiness and stability of the rack are enhanced by the tension between the beams and uprights, as well as the support of side pieces and cross supports, resulting in a longer lifespan and safer, more reliable usage.
