★ Shuttle racking is an upgrade/replenishment system for traditional density storage racks (drive-in racks, push back racks, gravity racks, mobile racks, etc.).
★ It integrates the characteristics of a variety of racks, not only has the density of traditional racks, but also can realize the needs of automated control.
★ It can be used in conjunction with shuttle carts, shuttle carriers, four-way shuttles and forklifts or stacker cranes, has a higher storage density than push back racks and gravity racks. The functions of first in first out or first in last out can be flexibly selected according to the actual situation. The storage methods can be semi- or fully automated as requested. It is an efficient alternative to drive-in racks, and an indispensable basic racks composition for the shuttle dense system.
★ It has a wide range of applications in industries, especially suits to large quantities but less varieties, such as, food, beverages, chemicals, tobacco and others with large quantities of single or less varieties.
